Dispatch & Delivery
Items sold by us on the Cheap Electronic Cigarettes website are despatched from the UK to destinations around the world. The shipping cost will increase for destinations outside of the UK and Cheap Electronic Cigarettes are in no way responsible for the detention of any goods by any countries associated customs or legal departments.We use PayPal to authorise payment. Please ensure that the correct delivery address is also provided in Paypal.
Once your order has been despatched from our warehouse, you will be sent a despatch confirmation email with details of your order.
If your order has been despatched by Royal Mail (and this will be stated on your despatch confirmation email), your order cannot be tracked. Please allow 5 working days before contacting us, as sometimes it will take a while for the Post Office to deliver, or indeed fail to deliver and return the item/s to us.
We aim to despatch most orders within 24 hours of receipt as most items are in stock,but please allow 7-10 days for dispatch. We offer free delivery on orders over £30 and these will be despatched via 2nd class recorded delivery.
Delivery times are not guaranteed, they are estimates. Deliveries are generally made between 9am and 6pm. We take no responsibility for delays or non-delivery, if the address or postcode supplied is not correct.
Our delivery agent is Royal Mail and will require a signature upon delivery.
As standard we deliver all items 2nd class recorded in the UK and via unsecure airmail for international orders. There are options at checkout to make your delivery more secure and quicker and Cheap Electronic Cigarettes cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries if the more secure option has not been taken up.In the event of an international dispute over delivery when you have declined the additional AirSure recorded delivery protection we are happy to raise the issue with Royal Mail but this can take up to 3 months for them to trace the item due to dealing with foreign postal services and replacement items will not be sent until this investigation is complete.
Customs
If your delivery address is outside the UK, the addressee will be the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country into which the products are delivered. The product may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the country of delivery. Any such additional charges levied for customs clearance must be borne by you. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be at any time in the future.
BFPO Addresses
We deliver to all BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses and are treated as UK Domestic Recorded Delivery, but those in non-EU BFPO locations may occur local duty taxes, payable by the customer at cost upon collection or delivery.
