Returns

The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 7 working days of delivery confirming in writing via email to
sales@cheap-electronic-cigaretes.co.uk if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.ﾠ

As part of compliance with distance selling rules we offer a 7 day cooling off period in which a customer has 7 days from receipt of their items to change their mind and be able to return the unused product to us for a full refund.

Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller. The Buyer shall be entitled to a full refund (excluding delivery costs) if the Goods are in fact defective.ﾠ Regardless of lesser manufacturer warranty we offer a 28 day warranty for faults.ﾠ Due to the nature of the product all working parts are considered consumables and will need to be replaced regularly due to wear and tear. This includes but not limited to Batteries, Atomisers and mouthpieces and failure of any or all of these consumable items will result in replacement of the defective part and a refund will not be offered.

Goods must be returned to the Seller at the Buyer's expense and should be sent via recorded delvery and adequately insuredﾠduring the return journey.ﾠﾠThe Buyer has a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the items.

The Buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (excluding delivery charges, if any) and except for any used cartridges or consumable parts within 30 days of cancellation. If the Buyer fails to return the Goods following cancellation, the Seller shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods from the Buyer.

Goods to be returned must clearly show the RMA number which must be obtained from customer services before postage of the return and must be quoted on ALL correspondence to avoid delays.

Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

Refunds

Refunds cannot be offered if any of the goods have been used or have failed after the statutory warranty of 28 days

Refunds will only be offered for failure due to defective consumable part(s) if we are unable to provide a replacement part under the statutory warranty.

Availability

Orders are subject to the availability of stocks. If your choice of product is not available we will contact you to offer the following options:

• Alternative product - if the product is less in value then a partial refund will be arranged - if the product is more in value then additional payment will be required.
• A delay until the product becomes available.
• A refund to the value of the missing product plus any relevant consequential losses.
• Cancellation of the entire order and a full refund.

If we cannot contact you we reserve the right to provide suitable alternative products at no extra charge. It is very important that you give us your correct contact details during the order process.
