It is always a good idea to have plenty of spare cartridges. If you are using an electronic cigarette to help you quit regular cigarettes, having extra cartridges around will eliminate the temptation of smoking a real cigarette if you run out.

Each cartridge will last the equivalent of 5-7 cigarettes.

A cartridge contains only the following: 

• Water
• Propylene Glycol (Glycerol in the case of NUCIG cartridges)
  
• Nicotine
• Tobacco Flavouring

None of the ingredients in the electronic cigarette cartridges contain any harmful substances, unlike traditional tobacco cigarettes. They do however contain nicotine.

The cartridges are available with various nicotine strengths (allowing you to choose your own level as required) but this will be discussed with you after subscription to ensure you are completely satisfied. The strenths that we sell are:

By taking out a subscription for your cartridges you are guaranteeing that you will never run out of usable cartridges and significantly reduce the risk of running out and slipping back to traditional cigarettes.
